BestMed Journeys is an Indian-based Medical Travel Concierge^SM Service Provider which provides a comprehensive, end-to-end solution for medical travelers journeying to India. BestMed Journeys customizes ancillary services (i.e. private nurses, lodging, meals and transportation) for the patient before, during and after treatment. Hospitals and patients in India concentrate on the clinical aspect of the medical travel while BestMed Journeys handles the research, planning and logistics of providing hospitality to clients, helping make their medical travel a true success.

If you don't see something in our list of ancillary services you would like to have, ask us. Just because it isn’t on our list, doesn’t mean we can’t get it for you.  And we’re always looking for new and better ways of serving our clients. 

Infrastructure
Our extensive network and infrastructure gives our clients access to many Medical Travel Concierge^SM services not available to patients traveling to India on their own, through a health travel planner or other provider. 

Local Presence
Unlike health travel planners, we have offices and staff in India (not just a driver who’s been hired to greet you at the airport!).  By having staff on the ground located near our clients, we can meet with them whenever they need our assistance.  And we can meet with vendors to make any special arrangements our clients may need.

Ties With Local Hospitals and Physicians
The local hospitals and physicians in India know the staff of BestMed Journeys better than any other ancillary service provider because BestMed Journeys' affiliates work with the hospitals on educating their nurses in the areas of: the English language, U.S. culture and U.S. medical practices. BestMed Journeys’ relationship with the medical community gives us access to information, people and the ability to accomplish tasks on behalf of our clients. 

Flexibility
BestMed Journeys doesn’t make clients choose between packages.  We give choices.  We certainly offer packages which include transportation, meals, lodging, private nurses, and other items.  But we also provide select, individual services based on what the client wants.  For example, a patient who prefers to stay in a 5 star hotel instead of our private lodging can still benefit from BestMed Journeys' other Medical Travel Concierge^SM services.  BestMed Journeys can arrange: private nurses services at the hotel, delivery of specially prepared meals, and private transportation (these are just a few services still available to a BestMed Journeys client).

Commitment
Commitment comes in many forms (e.g. ensuring that everything goes as smoothly as possible, or staying with a client until he/she feels secure in his/her new surroundings). But most of all, commitment means treating our clients with compassion, dedication and a real desire to help them on their medical travel to India, in India and with their return home.  We’re committed to our clients.
